E-Ployment Consultancy is seeking a production planning coordinator in the Região Norte of Brazil. The role focuses on coordinating production with production, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics to meet customer orders and delivery commitments.

You will update customers on production status, check orders for lead times, and monitor delivery performance. The position involves maintaining records and liaising on changes, with a 5-day work week and attractive benefits.

Competenze

Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning or material planning.

Mansioni

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Update customers on production status and delays.
Plan and coordinate production based on customer orders.
Check orders and ensure sufficient production lead time.
Monitor production to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain order, production, and delivery records.
Monitor delivery performance and prepare reports.
Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and changes.
Identify problems and recommend improvements.
Book FCL shipments with freight forwarders and arrange parcel deliveries.
Raise CAR for delivery issues and follow up on actions.

Formazione

Diploma in Shipping/ Logistics or related
