Job summary

JBT Marel in Brazil is seeking a Production Planning Lead to develop, review, and manage production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.

You will supervise the planning team and coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery. Strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills are required, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning.
