WHOLETECH SYSTEM HITECH (S) PTE. LTD. in Brazil Norte seeks a logistics and procurement specialist to coordinate shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure customs compliance for import/export activities.

You will monitor milestones, partner with warehouse teams, track costs, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers. A Diploma and at least two years in procurement or cost-saving projects are required, with strong Excel and presentation skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.

• Shipment Management: Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, including domestic transport and international import/export shipments via air, sea, and land.
• Freight & Forwarder Liaison: Book shipments and build strong working relationships with freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and couriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Customs & Trade Compliance: Prepare and verify critical shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) ensuring full compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Milestone Tracking: Track shipments from departure to final delivery, proactively resolving customs delays, transit bottlenecks, or delivery discrepancies.
• Warehouse Coordination: Partner closely with the warehouse team to schedule incoming/outgoing deliveries, optimize loading schedules, and ensure accurate inventory receiving.
• Cost Tracking & Optimization: Verify logistics invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and audit shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Customer & Vendor Service: Provide regular, transparent shipping updates to internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Production) and external customers regarding delivery timelines.
