Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in the North region seeks a production coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards.

You will collaborate with production supervisors, operators and other departments, use SAP or SAGE ERP for transactions, monitor performance, and drive productivity while maintaining safety. The role supports a 5-day work week and company transport to sites, with weekend work as required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Proficient in SAP or SAGE ERP systems for production and operational transactions.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management standards, procedures and documentation.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations and workflow.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and proper equipment usage within the production area.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless production operations.
• Liaise with the Customer Service team to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure in-house production orders and jobs are completed according to schedule.
