• Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects within assigned geographical areas
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication

• Lead cross‑departmental project teams through the entire project lifecycle
• Train, coach, and mentor associates on petroleum equipment project management

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
• Minimum educational requirement: 4‑year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• BS in Engineering or related sciences
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design related to petroleum equipment
• Experience reading engineer drawings generated by AutoCAD or similar drafting programs
• Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
