Qualificações

  • Ability to write and interpret OFS API integrations and business rules.

Job Specification : Oracle Cloud Field Service Consultant

Contract Role – Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experiencedOracle Cloud Field Service (OFS) Consultantto support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our field service operations.

This is a remote contract role suited for someone with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, with additional experience inOracle Service Cloud (OSvC)andOracle CPQbeing highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) to support business workflows, scheduling, routing, and mobile field operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure OFS modules including capacity, activity management, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences.
  • Integrate OFS with other Oracle cloud applications, especially Oracle Service Cloud ,Oracle CPQ , and external systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless field operations.
  • Recommend best practices and continuous improvements in field service processes.
  • Support deployment activities, including data migration, configuration promotion, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including service operations, IT, product management, and vendors.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) .
  • Strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning.
  • Experience designing workflows, activity types, and policy configurations in OFS.
  • Ability to write and interpret OFS API integrations, business rules, and extensibility scripts.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into actionable configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow / OSvC) configuration, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ(quoting workflows, commerce rules, integrations).
  • Understanding of broader Oracle CX Cloud architecture and integrations.
  • Experience with mobile workforce or field service applications outside Oracle.
  • Knowledge of cloud integration tools (OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
