Go Circular Pte Ltd in Brazil Norte is seeking an experienced Operations leader to direct Production, Service & Maintenance and Design functions. You will ensure that equipment and systems are designed, fabricated, tested, installed, commissioned and maintained safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will manage daily operations, plan manpower and materials, oversee fabrication, electrical work, testing and quality checks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in operations, production, engineering, maintenance or project management with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in machinery, automation or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of fabrication, assembly, electrical systems, testing, installation and maintenance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations and performance of Production, Service & Maintenance, and Design teams.

• Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown response, troubleshooting, repair and closure of service cases.
• Review technical drawings, layouts, specifications and bills of materials before release for production.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Procurement, Finance, suppliers, contractors and customers.
• Investigate recurring faults, delays and quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Control operational costs, material usage, overtime, subcontractor expenses and spare-parts requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety, quality compliance, proper documentation and regular reporting to Management.
• Lead, coach and develop engineers, technicians, designers, supervisors and production employees.

About the role

Lead and coordinate Go Circular's Production, Service & Maintenance, and Design functions. You will ensure that equipment and systems are designed, fabricated, tested, installed, commissioned and maintained safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

About you

• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in operations, production, engineering, maintenance or project management, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in a machinery, automation, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of fabrication, assembly, electrical systems, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance processes.
• Able to read and review engineering drawings, technical specifications and bills of materials.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, cost-control and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems, waste-management equipment, SolidWorks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety and site practices; willing to attend customer sites and urgent operational matters when required.
