AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD seeks a Lead Design Architect/Engineer to head the design team, ensuring on-schedule delivery and adherence to specifications. You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers, reviewing detailed shop drawings and producing fabrication lists for factory production.

The role requires a degree in architecture or related field, 5–8 years' experience, and strong AutoCAD skills; Revit/BIM is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in architectural works, façade, aluminium, steel, glass, ceiling, cladding, or interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and fabrication drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and as-built documentation.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight project schedules.
• Experience in Singapore MRT projects will be highly preferred.

About the role
