is seeking an Equipment Engineer specialized in Injection Molding, Automation, Maintenance, Validation, PLC, Robotic, SCADA, and related manufacturing disciplines. In a global precision engineering environment serving Medical Devices and Automotive industries, you will drive automation maintenance, process validation, FAT/SAT, and continuous improvement with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechatronics.
• 3–5 years related working experience.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949; FMEA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in PLC programming is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive team player.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all automation related activities of the product.
• Maintenance and repair of production automated machines.
• Continuous improvement to enhance quality and productivity through automated processes.
• Optimise automation parameters and meet cycle time targets for existing and new products.
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformities in product, process, quality systems.
• Develop automation concepts based on customer product/process design and obtain quotes from suppliers.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to finalize automation design concepts and URS.
• Collaborate with vendors to qualify automation for FAT/SAT and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with departments on product quality issues.
• Execute process validation for new and existing products with tooling and quality personnel.
• Perform internal quality system audits.
• Analyze quality data and present improvement recommendations.

Our client (MNC)is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all automation related activities of the product.
• Responsible for the Maintenance and Repair of production automated machines.
• Continuous Improvement to enhance quality and productivity through automated processes
• Optimise automation parameters and meeting specific cycle time for existing and new products.
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of product, process, quality systems nonconformities
• Work on the automation concepts based on the customer product and process design requirements and get quote from suppliers accordingly.
• Liaise with both customer and suppliers to finalise automation design concepts and draft User Specification Requirements (URS) accordingly.
• Work with vendors closely to get automation qualified in time for Factory and Site Acceptance Test (FAT/SAT) based on URS and prepare technical reports to buy off the automation.
• To work with respective department on product quality issues.
• Execute process validation for new and existing products with tooling and quality personnel.
• Perform internal quality system audit.
• Analyze quality data collected periodically and provide recommendation to management for improvement

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechatronics
• 3-5 years related working experience
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA is an added advantage
• Experience in PLC programming is a plus
