You will oversee site operations, supervision, schedules, and client coordination to ensure quality and timely handover. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or construction management degree, with at least 5 years of Singapore experience, and proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Proven track record managing construction projects end-to-end.
• Established network of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through execution, completion, and handover.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works comply with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, and work programmes.
• Track project progress, quality, safety standards, and costs.
• Identify site issues and implement solutions to minimise delays and risks.
• Conduct site coordination meetings and provide progress updates and reports.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Singapore regulations.

Job Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, supervision, and successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Singapore construction industry and the ability to manage site operations, project schedules, subcontractors, costs, quality, and client coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through execution, completion, and handover

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, and work programmes

• Track project progress, quality, safety standards, and overall costs

• Identify potential site issues and implement effective solutions to minimise delays and risks

• Conduct site coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports

• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Singapore regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry

• Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects from commencement to completion

• Established network of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry professionals

• Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D construction drawings

• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines

• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a main contractor or general construction company

• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations, safety requirements, and authority submission procedures

• Relevant construction certifications will be considered an advantage
