FUJI SMBE PTE LTD is seeking a Process Engineer to document, optimize, and deploy production processes across the Group. The candidate will lead improvements in process automation and manage next-gen systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.

Travel overseas is required, with a focus on international deployments and compliance across sites. Candidates should have an engineering degree or diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong analytical, communication, and Mandarin

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Document and define Factory & Production processes across the Group.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and process automation.
• Deploy and implement Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas.
• Manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Responsible for audit and compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group.
• Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Documenting and definng the Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group
• Recommend and implement improvements to process and process automation
• Deploy and implement the Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas
• Manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly
• Responsible for the Audit and Compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group
• Any other duties related to operations and process engineering

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in process engineering in the manufacturing environment
• Have initiative, able to work independently
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and written and presentation skills
• Proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers
• Able to travel overseas
