Staffking Pte Ltd invites applications for a process engineering role focused on standardizing and optimizing factory and production processes across the Group. You will identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, and support rollout across Singapore and overseas operations.

Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus 1 year of relevant experience, are preferred. Training will be provided and overseas travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (advantage).
• Entry levels welcomed; training will be provided.
• Open to overseas travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Document and standardize factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to boost efficiency.
• Support deployment of production processes across Singapore and overseas operations.
• Manage and support development of next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards through audits of factory operations and process engineering practices.
• Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned.

Formação académica

Job Scope:

• Support the deployment and implementation of production processes and procedures across Singapore and overseas operations.

• Manage and support the development of next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards through audits of factory operations and process engineering practices across the Group.

• Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

• Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided.

• Open to overseas travel when required.
