Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or other degrees considered).
• Proven experience in industrial operations management and developing people.
• Advanced/fluent English for regular communication with other plants and support functions.
• Proven experience managing KPI-driven operations and delivering measurable improvements.

Your Job

Lead a team of Supervisors, Technicians, Specialists and Operators by applying the company’s management philosophy and prioritizing people development and self‑actualization. Ensure alignment between operations, planning and support functions (maintenance, procurement, quality) through regular feedback cycles to validate and adjust execution plans.

Anticipate resource needs and bottlenecks, propose alternative scenarios and contingency plans; drive continuous improvement based on KPIs and quantify gains by managing line indicators (uptime, yield, quality). Integrate safety, quality and cost into prioritization decisions, fostering a safety culture, compliance with standards and proper use of PPE; implement preventive actions, investigate incidents and monitor safety metrics.
