Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end sourcing of materials, components, and services. You will negotiate with suppliers, issue and track purchase orders, and monitor delivery performance to mitigate supply risks.

The role requires strong cost analysis, cross-functional collaboration with planning, production, engineering, and finance, and a focus on driving savings through strategic sourcing and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and fulfill demand for procurement of materials, components, and services.
• Obtain quotations, conduct analyses, and compare supplier proposals.
• Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, freight costs, and other conditions.
• Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders in the corporate system.
• Track orders from placement through delivery and address delays and risks.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support supplier development.
• Support strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and cost-saving projects.
• Analyze impact of price changes, FX, freight, and other costs.
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, prices, quantities, invoicing, deliveries.
• Share market intelligence and negotiation opportunities with the team.

• Analyze and fulfill demand for the procurement of materials, components, products, and services
• Obtain quotations, conduct commercial analyses, and compare proposals
• Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, freight costs, and other commercial conditions with suppliers
• Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders in the corporate system
• Track orders from placement through delivery, addressing delays, deviations, and supply risks
• Evaluate supplier performance and support the development and qualification of new suppliers
• Support strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and cost-saving projects
• Analyze the impact of price adjustments, foreign exchange fluctuations, freight costs, and other cost components
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, prices, quantities, invoicing, and deliveries
• Update supplier, order, pricing, lead-time, and commercial-condition information in corporate systems
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, International Trade, and other relevant departments
• Monitor critical items and supply risks, proposing action plans
• Track Procurement KPIs, including savings, lead times, service levels, price variances, and supplier performance
• Prepare analyses and reports to support procurement decisions and negotiations
• Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization in procurement processes
• Support the implementation of processes, tools, and systems related to Procurement
• Perform activities autonomously, escalating critical issues when necessary
• Support the definition and execution of procurement strategies for assigned categories
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Share market intelligence, negotiation opportunities, and best practices with the team
