What You'll Do
  • Learn and apply the fundamentals of media planning and campaign management
  • Develop a working knowledge of Amazon’s advertising tools, including Campaign Manager, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
  • Build an understanding of bid strategy, auction dynamics, and media optimization theory.
  • Stay current on Amazon algorithm updates, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support media strategies and recommendations.
  • Assist in building and activating campaigns across Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Amazon reporting tools and make ongoing optimizations.
  • Manage and track client media budgets accurately and responsibly.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and product targeting to improve performance.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to client communication and strategy discussions.
  • Partner with media teammates and the data and analytics team to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the creation of client-facing presentations and performance recaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers and content teams by communicating timelines, executing assigned tasks, and providing thoughtful feedback. Participate in performance reviews and contribute to team development.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon or marketplace media (PPC) campaigns
  • Experience working directly in Amazon Sponsored Ads; familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus
  • Exposure to additional marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, or Vtex Ads is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of media planning, campaign execution, and optimization fundamentals
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Comfort building performance-based insights and recommendations with guidance
  • Experience using in-platform bidding and campaign management tools
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic charting
  • Clear, professional communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive mindset with attention to detail and a desire to learn
  • Fluency in English
