The ideal candidate has a completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Logistics and experience within the supply chain or courier services. Candidates should be fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate English skills, along with the ability to travel up to 50% as needed for business requirements. Completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or an equivalent field) - Experience in Security and Loss Prevention within supply chain, industrial environments, or express distribution and courier services - Educational background in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Administration of Justice, or related fields; equivalent practical experience also considered - Experience in conducting root cause analysis and prioritizing key factors - Intermediate English and fluent Portuguese (both verbal and written communication) - Availability to travel up to 50% of the time, or as required by business needs within Brazil

• CPP, PSP, or TAPA training is preferred and considered a strong asset
• Experience in interviewing and interrogation is desirable; Wicklander-Zulawski certification is a plus
• Operational management experience in distribution and express delivery is preferred
• Familiarity with developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures is preferred; experience conducting physical security risk assessments in manufacturing, distribution, commercial, or office facilities is a plus
