What we are looking for :

As an International Logistics Specialist, we are seeking an expert in global logistics covering all modalities : including air, ocean, road, rail, and cross-border shipments.

You will support the execution of the entire Import & Export processes, collaborating with our logistics partners, internal teams, to delight our customers with top-tier performance.

It is essential that you have financial background and negotiation skills to determine the best-in-class partners.

What are you going to do :

• Plan, forecast, route, and execute all international freight shipment activities based on business needs (suppliers and customers)
• Review and ensure that the quotes provided by logistics providers are competitive and booked on the correct allocation.
• Collaborate with team members and others to provide guidance and support on best practices of the import and export process.
• Provide shipment information to our logistics providers.
• Run weekly calls with partners to discuss performances and establish action plans.
• Implement KPIs and Report to measure supplier performances and customer fulfillment.

What do you need :

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, international logistics, transportation or related areas;
• Advanced English
• Advanced Spanish (desirable)
• Experience in cost management and management reports (dashboard).
