Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate for a customer-facing sales support role in the automation sector. Responsibilities include preparing quotations for spare parts, issuing COO documents, and coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, and a basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Qualificações

• Experience with COO processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and products is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue quotations for equipment spare parts and process orders.
• Generate internal job orders and coordinate with production, logistics and other departments.
• Prepare shipping documents and obtain COO from government agencies.
• Serve as the main contact for customers, providing updates on orders, delivery schedules, products and services.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, track sales performance and share data with management.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payments; provide feedback to sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotations for equipment spare parts and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Generate internal job orders and coordinate with production, project, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping documents and obtain Certificate of Origin (COO) from the relevant government agencies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on orders, delivery schedules, products, and services.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, track sales performance, and provide relevant sales data to management.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing and payment matters, and provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in preparing and processing Certificates of Origin (COO) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and products will be an advantage.
