Job summary

WHOLETECH SYSTEM HITECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in the Brazil North region to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain ERP data accuracy.

The role requires team coordination and cost-saving initiatives within semiconductor or construction contexts. HQ in Taiwan requires reporting, and the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and Excel skills, plus a relevant diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement, with cost-saving projects in semiconductor or construction.
• Diploma or relevant professional qualification.
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Word and Excel.
• HQ located in Taiwan; reporting work is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Purchase Orders: convert requisitions to POs and send to suppliers.
• Track & Expedite: monitor orders and resolve delays to keep production on schedule.
• Supplier Coordination: liaise on pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping specs.
• Invoice & Dispute: work with Finance/QA to resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory Control: monitor stock levels and reorder points.
• Market Research & Sourcing: evaluate new suppliers and quotes.
• Data Integrity: update ERP with correct pricing, lead times, and order statuses.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Descriptions

• Execute Purchase Orders: Review purchase requisitions for accuracy, convert them into official purchase orders (POs), and transmit them to suppliers swiftly.
• Track & Expedite Deliveries: Actively monitor open orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or logistics bottlenecks to keep production on track.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain daily communication with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, and shipping specifications.
• Invoice & Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with the Finance and Quality Assurance teams to resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, or damaged goods.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent both stockouts and excessive capital tied up in overstock.
• Market Research & Sourcing: Research new suppliers, obtain competitive quotes, and assist in evaluating vendor performance based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.
• Data Integrity: Keep the ERP system meticulously updated with correct pricing, lead times, vendor details, and order statuses.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.
