Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. in Brazil seeks a Permanent Logistics Supervisor for a global manufacturing client near major facilities. You will plan daily shipments, manage inventory, and coach a small team to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle. Domestic and export operations experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Min 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, preferably within manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport providers.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle or other MRP/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Daily review, plan and assign resources based on work priorities. Manage and ensure fulfilling daily shipments, production requirements and related activities.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in resolving day-to-day warehouse and operational issues, including safety.
• Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure all transactions are updated accurately and on time in the system.
• Escalate critical logistics issues promptly and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor key logistics and warehouse performance indicators, ensure daily activities are adhering to SOPs, work instructions, safety and operational controls.
• Conduct frequent cycle counts and inventory reviews to ensure inventory accuracy and identify obsolete, slow-moving, or excess materials.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized logistics, shipping, warehouse, inventory, and customs records for audit purpose.
• Monitor and manage warehouse capacity, storage utilization and workflow efficiency to support current and future business requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with established SOPs, safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Monitor changes in customs, trade, and import/export regulations and communicate relevant operational impacts to the relevant departments.
• Optimize shipping, import/export, and logistics processes to improve efficiency and service performance.
