Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and training to customers in Campinas and across Brazil. You will ensure full operation of systems and equipment and deliver end-to-end service with clear technical reporting.

The role requires strong infrastructure knowledge, Windows/Linux, networking, databases, and intermediate English, with willingness to travel nationally.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure support, cloud/hosting concepts (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, networks, security, and databases (SQL/Oracle).
• Good command of English (intermediate).
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain on-site operation of installed systems and equipment for clients.
• Provide on-site technical support and updates to customers on installation/maintenance progress.
• Train users on proper usage and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Perform deliveries, installations, activations, and de-installations at client premises.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and explain machine/card usage to customers.
• Execute priority and routine field service tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and conclusive assessments of services performed.
• Plan maintenance based on equipment history and resources.
• Conduct technical delivery and functional training on machines; assist customers as needed.
• Complete work orders, maintenance checklists, and requisitions; document requests.
• Organize and clean workspace and vehicle under responsibility.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Continuous contact with the client to provide updates on the progress of installation projects and/or maintenance services.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the full operation of systems and installed equipment.
• Train and guide users/customers on the proper use and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Perform deliveries, pickups, installation, and activation of machines at customer premises.
• Support troubleshooting of machine connectivity issues and provide customers with explanations about machine or card usage.
• Execute priority and routine field service tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and issue conclusive assessments of the services performed;
• Identify applicable parts and plan maintenance activities based on equipment history and required resources;
• Conduct Technical Delivery and functional Training on machines, and provide assistance and clarification to customers (internal and external) on machine operation, as well as technical support when necessary;
• Complete forms (paper or electronic) for Work Orders, Maintenance Checklists, Parts and Supplies Requisitions, and any technical documents requested by the Department/Operations;
• Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and cleaning the workplace and/or the vehicle under their responsibility.
