Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote assistance across desktop and laptop environments. You will install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, troubleshoot Windows OS, and support printers and network devices.

You will log and track tickets, meet service levels, and help with equipment relocation and replacement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to deliver reliable user support.

Qualificações

Experience providing on-site and/or remote technical support.
Knowledge of desktop and laptop maintenance.
Experience with Windows operating systems.
Experience configuring printers and network devices.
Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
Good communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on user support.
