Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support maintenance and evolution of third‑party platforms used by the company, track incidents with vendors, perform root‑cause analyses using logs and monitoring tools, and lead troubleshooting sessions with infrastructure, networks, databases, security, and architecture teams.

You will participate in deployments, map system dependencies, monitor schedules and risks, contribute to process documentation and automation, and work

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Analytical, investigative profile with strong problem-solving skills.
General knowledge of Operating Systems, Networks, Databases, Infrastructure, and basic application architecture.
Ability to read and interpret application logs for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Good verbal and written communication.
Comfortable interacting with different technical areas and vendors.
Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Preferable: knowledge of SQL, basic Java, automation/RPA, cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

Support the maintenance and evolution of third-party platforms used by the company.
Track incidents, problems, and requests with vendors and specialized teams.
Perform initial technical analyses to identify root causes using logs, monitoring tools, and evidence.
Lead and support troubleshooting sessions with infrastructure, network, database, security, and architecture teams, as well as vendors.
Participate in the deployment of improvements, fixes, and projects related to the platforms under responsibility.
Map dependencies between systems and areas, ensuring alignment between Business, Technology, and external partners.
Monitor schedules, risks, impediments, and action plans for initiatives.
Contribute to documentation of processes, flows, integrations, and operational procedures.
Support system maintenance and process automation when required.
Work according to the company's agile methodologies and governance practices.

Requirements

Preferable: academic experience, internship, or professional experience in systems support, application support, or technology projects
Preferable: knowledge of SQL for queries and data analysis
Preferable: basic knowledge of Java
Preferable: basic knowledge of software development and systems integration
Preferable: experience or knowledge of automation/RPA platforms
Preferable: knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
Preferable: experience with monitoring and observability tools
Preferable: knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tools
Technical English reading skills are desirable
