Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a motivated IT Support student intern to assist with hardware, software and system access, configure and maintain computers, and log technical tickets.

You will collaborate on infrastructure projects, document procedures, and help improve IT processes while developing your skills in Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

This hybrid role welcomes students enrolled in IT programs and available to work as PJ.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technical program in IT, Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and networking.
• Comfortable supporting end users and strong communication skills.
• Availability for a hybrid work model.
• Basic English for technical reading.
• Availability to work as a contractor (PJ - legal entity).
• Familiarity with Linux or collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Previous experience in technical support, even if informal.
• IT certifications or online courses (e.g., support, networking, security).
• Eagerness to learn quickly and grow in infrastructure/support.
