Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve our on-premises and cloud environments. You will manage vendors, monitor service levels, and drive infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include incident resolution at N2/N3 levels, asset lifecycle oversight, and documentation of configurations and procedures. Strong MS ecosystem knowledge and cloud familiarity are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support the operation, maintenance and evolution of the technology infrastructure environment in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure vendors, monitoring deliverables, service levels, requests and action plans.
• Administer and maintain local infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, VPNs, on-premises/cloud environments and other components.
• Participate in the development, planning and implementation of network, connectivity, virtualization and IT infrastructure projects.
• Respond to and resolve N2 and N3 support tickets, performing diagnosis, root-cause analysis and applying technical solutions.

• Support the operation, maintenance and evolution of the technology infrastructure environment in on-premises and cloud environments
• Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure vendors, monitoring deliverables, service levels, requests and action plans
• Administer and maintain local infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, VPNs, on-premises/cloud environments and other components
• Participate in the development, planning and implementation of network, connectivity, virtualization and IT infrastructure projects
• Respond to and resolve N2 and N3 support tickets, performing diagnosis, root-cause analysis and applying technical solutions
• Support the management and control of technology assets, including inventories, lifecycle and equipment utilization
• Assist with the operational management of Microsoft environments, contributing to administration, maintenance and improvement of services
• Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, projects, configurations and infrastructure procedures
• Work with internal teams, vendors and other technology areas on infrastructure projects and initiatives
• Keep up with trends and best practices in infrastructure, networking, cloud, virtualization and Microsoft technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or related fields
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences
• Analytical, proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage concurrent projects
• Experience in technology teams working with IT operations and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of networks, connectivity, firewalls, VPNs and on-premises and cloud infrastructure
• Experience supporting infrastructure environments at N2 and/or N3 levels
• Certifications related to Cloud, Infrastructure and Networking are a plus
• Experience in network and infrastructure projects on-premises and in the cloud is a plus
• Experience administering and managing Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Admin Center, Microsoft Purview and Azure, is a plus
• Experience with virtualization environments is a plus
• Knowledge of security solutions applied to IT infrastructure is a plus
• Experience in the technical management of infrastructure vendors and contracts is a plus
• Experience with monitoring, asset management and infrastructure metrics is a plus
• Knowledge of IT service management practices and ITIL is a plus
