We lead our clients through the entire telecom management lifecycle – from provisioning services to inventory oversight to contract management, validating invoices and reporting for total visibility. You will gain experience working with Fortune 500 clients!

What you'll do

• Process billing for our customers utilizing analytical tools in addition to manual data entry processes.
• Process payment to Telecom Providers on our customers' behalf.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly Reporting and special projects.

Who you are

• A detail-oriented problem solver with a professional demeanor.
• A strong communicator, fluent in professional written and verbal English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and MS Suite products.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others.

Full-time, Freelancer position

This is a contract position. Benefits (such as healthcare, paid time off or 13th month pay) are not provided. You will be an independent direct contractor ("freelancer") with Mindglobal and paid hourly for time worked. You will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and as a contractor can choose your time off and holidays. If desired, you can be paid in US Dollars.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $1,000 USD per month

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm CST (TX time zone)
