Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN protocols.
Experience managing networks, including firewalls, VLANs, LANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation; Cisco CCNA; ISO/IEC 27001; Fortinet NSE 4; CompTIA Security+; VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)

Responsabilidades

Manage networks, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, and physical and virtual servers (VMware), ensuring high availability, updates, and security.
Monitor computing environments using Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools
Manage the group’s backup environment (Veeam)
Ensure compliance and the security of sensitive healthcare data
Analyze and resolve critical infrastructure issues
Implement access control policies for users and systems
Document and develop procedures for failure mitigation and incident prevention
Work with ITIL and change management practices to ensure service stability and continuity
Monitor and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security policies to protect sensitive data
