Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and storage in a banking environment. You will provide Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and telephony, and oversee Veeam backups and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities include procuring equipment, maintaining documentation, participating in projects, and coordinating with regional offices to ensure governance and uptime across the production environment.

Qualificações

Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Banking/financial services experience preferred.
ITIL V3 certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, blade servers, and storage.
Provide Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and telephony.
Administer Veeam backup routines.
Procure servers, network devices, and related equipment.
Prepare IT infrastructure documentation.
Participate in IT infrastructure projects.
Monitor production environment per defined processes.
Ensure IT governance processes are implemented.

Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, HP and Hitachi systems, blade servers, and Veeam backup
Support IT infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, and structured cabling
Provide Tier 3 support to internal users for hardware, software, telephony, and Citrix
Administer backup routines using Veeam
Procure servers, network devices, and infrastructure-related equipment
Prepare IT infrastructure documentation
Participate in IT infrastructure projects
Follow organizational policies and procedures
Monitor the production environment in accordance with defined processes
Ensure IT governance processes are implementedAdminister the recording and dealerboard systems
Communicate directly with other regional offices
Administer the disaster recovery site

Requirements

Solid experience in technology, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (certification is a plus)
Advanced knowledge of Linux Server (Red Hat)
Basic knowledge of telecommunications (switches, routers, VLANs, data links)
Good knowledge of DFS, Citrix, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ITIL V3 certification is a plus
Knowledge of backup tools, particularly Veeam
Knowledge of monitoring tools: SCOM, HPOpenView for Linux, and OBM
Knowledge of SCCM
Knowledge of Skype and Teams telephony
Experience administering storage systems and blade servers

Experience participating in conference calls and meetings with global teams
