Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure Engineer in São Paulo to manage Windows Server environments in VMware, administer Azure AD and Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online, and ensure data resilience through robust backup strategies.

You will monitor networks, VPNs, and servers with PRTG, respond to security alerts, and lead complex escalation efforts while contributing to modernization projects and technology adoption.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Knowledge of Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, FSMO roles, and replication).
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, File Services, and Print Services.
Experience with or knowledge of VMware for on-premise virtualization.
Knowledge of Windows Server and PowerShell for automation.
Knowledge of synchronization with on-premise AD using Azure AD Connect.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere Replication.
Knowledge of 3-2-1 backup strategies.
Knowledge of RTO and RPO.
Knowledge of Acronis and cloud backup solutions.
Knowledge of switches and basic firewall administration.
Knowledge of IPsec VPNs and SD-WAN.
Knowledge of basic network protocols.
Knowledge of Wi‑Fi, particularly Ruckus and UniFi.
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines, Availability Sets, and Availability Zones.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
Knowledge of Conditional Access and MFA.
Knowledge of Azure Key Vault and Azure Storage Accounts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud (formerly Security Center).
Recommended certifications: AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-305, and ITIL v4 or v5
Preferred qualifications: replication and Site Recovery solutions, strong VMware expertise, Terraform/Bicep (IaC), automation, and Spanish proficiency

Responsabilidades

Demonstrates expertise in managing Windows Server infrastructure within VMware environments.
Administering Azure AD and Microsoft 365, with a focus on SharePoint Online.
Proactively monitor the health and performance of networks, VPNs, links, and servers using PRTG.
Operate and optimize backup routines and conduct recovery tests to ensure data resilience.
Administer and respond to alerts in security solutions such as Sophos and Microsoft Defender.
Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for diagnosing complex infrastructure incidents.
Collaborate on IT projects from provisioning new servers to adopting new technologies.
Contribute to ongoing modernization of the technology environment.

Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server infrastructure in VMware virtualization and private cloud environments
Administer identity services (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID) and the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on SharePoint Online
