Jobtailor seeks an IT Infrastructure Intern to help manage physical and virtual servers and support a distributed network environment. This role involves hands-on work with core infrastructure components and collaboration with the IT team in Lorena.

You will assist with configuring and maintaining servers, firewalls, and networking gear, while delivering Level 3 support for end-user devices and cloud services. The position emphasizes growth, learning, and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Administer physical and virtual servers
• Manage network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points
• Provide Level 3 support for computers, mobile phones, tablets, printers, and network assets as needed
• Monitor the infrastructure to ensure availability
• Manage the PABX system
• Perform tasks related to backup and restore routines
• Assist with the implementation of security updates and fixes (hotfixes and patches) on servers as needed
• Support the management of the company's antivirus infrastructure
• Implement infrastructure projects
• Assist in creating technical procedures for the company's knowledge base
• Participate in developing hardware upgrade and/or replacement plans
• Maintain services used by the company, both on-premises and in the cloud, as needed
• Conduct software and hardware inventories, tracking license and warranty expiration dates and assessing the need for renewals or new purchases
• Ensure control and tracking of all company IT assets
• Monitor and implement best practices in the data center and computer network to meet the company's needs
