What You Will Do

We are looking for a talented Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the organizational development strategy in Brazil, acting as a strategic partner to the business, leading local initiatives, and ensuring the implementation of global and regional HR processes. The HR Business Partner will drive leadership development, support the deployment of HR programs, and play a key role in shaping the local organizational culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving long-term growth.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs in Brazil, ensuring compliance with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics and legal requirements.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and building strong leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Provide expert support and coaching to managers and directors on complex HR issues, including organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention strategies, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional and regional HR projects, ensuring effective deployment, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of initiatives within the local context.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by advising leadership teams on the implementation of best practices related to change management, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Collaborate closely with senior HR leadership and subject matter experts in areas such as compensation, talent acquisition, and learning & development to co-create and implement HR solutions that meet business and employee needs.
  • Ensure readiness and compliance for internal and external HR audits, contributing to the maintenance of certifications such as ISO, and reinforcing adherence to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
