METRO RAIL ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, compensation, performance management, and compliance to support growth.

You will partner with project teams to coordinate talent needs, oversee onboarding and exits, manage payroll processes, and ensure accurate, confidential personnel records and regulatory adherence.

Responsabilités

• Source, shortlist, and hire candidates to meet manpower schedules.
• Plan talent outreach and engagement activities to attract potential candidates and enhance employee experience.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance cases to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
• Respond to staff enquiries and communicate HR policies and procedures promptly to all employees.
• Develop and implement company HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze, develop, and implement compensation and benefits programs to support employee retention.
• Conduct performance appraisals, manage increments, promotions, and implement employee retention strategies.
• Administer work pass applications, joining formalities, and conduct new employee orientation sessions.
• Audit employee personal files regularly to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll reports prior to salary disbursement.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes according to company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate employee training arrangements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational needs.
