Persol is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead end-to-end HR activities, from manpower planning to onboarding and employee integration. You will partner with managers to align workforce needs and manage offers, onboarding, and new hire integration.
You will also serve as a main HR contact for policies, employee relations, records management, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws. The role emphasizes data analysis, training support, and transformation initiatives.
Lead recruitment activities from manpower planning through onboarding.
Partner hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and coordinate candidate selection processes.
Manage employment offers, onboarding arrangements, and new hire integration.
Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
Support employee relations cases, including performance management discussions, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee exits.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to support retention and engagement initiatives.
Oversee employee records and ensure HR documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including appointments, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment legislation.
Support compensation and benefits administration activities.
Review payroll data submissions and collaborate with payroll providers or internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Assist in annual compensation review exercises and related HR programs when required.
Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation exercises, and performance appraisal processes.
Support training administration, learning initiatives, and maintenance of employee training records.
Work with stakeholders to promote employee development and capability building.
Manage work pass administration and liaise with relevant authorities where required.
Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and support audit requirements.
Participate in HR transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and special projects.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
Prior experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or plant-based environments will be highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage HR operations independently while balancing competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
IHRP certification would be an added advantage.
