Job Description

This position is to be Full‑Time at our client's site in Hortolândia

Included but not limited to

• Provide operational support to ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols, including participation in offshore projects, maintenance activities, harbor operations, supervising contractors, executing audits, and managing HSE Offshore Technicians.
• Stay updated with Occupational Safety regulations and evaluate their impact on the company's activities.
• Act as the company's delegate in external HSE evaluations of offshore installations.
• Utilize HSE strategies to reduce risks to employees and promote the implementation of HSE standards and resources in maritime environments.
• Participate in the detection of potential work‑related hazards and incidents.
• Carry out inspections to confirm the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead HSE technical training sessions and drive safety initiatives.
• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics, report results, and develop improvement strategies.
• Probe into maritime operation incidents within the company.
• Develop and maintain strategies to prevent workplace accidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Relevant experience working in a related area.
• Complete project ownership.
• Report development and follow up.
• Information management between the team and the client.
• Advanced experience with the MS Office Package (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
