A leading global healthcare technology company seeks a professional to evaluate economic impacts of therapies and products in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies and implementing programs to overcome economic barriers. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree and advanced English, with experience in healthcare systems preferred. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Evaluates the economic impact of the use of products and therapies on hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physicians.
Develops hospital marketing programs related to coverage, coding and reimbursement.
Implements programs to resolve/decrease economic barriers for use of products and therapies in all care settings.
Conducts financial audits, benchmarking, and presentations for hospital and physician customers.
Provides training and education programs to sales force, physicians, home care agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, case managers, and financial and billing employees in clinics and hospitals.
Works closely with the reimbursement strategy team to implement policy and payment changes with field sales force and customers through education and services.
Works with customers/accounts to develop advocacy campaigns that support coverage and payment strategies.
Works with key customers/accounts to develop partnership strategies to promote cost-effective delivery of company\'s therapies and opportunities for therapy adoption.
Bachelor\'s degree completed
Advanced English
Postgraduate and/or extension courses in areas such as health economics, health technology assessment, healthcare business management, advocacy and others in the healthcare area will be considered as distinctive qualities.
Strong analytical, organizational & planning skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, leadership, and proficiency in health systems. Ability to lead a project from scratch.
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems.
Support market access strategies with payers, health authority projects, and technology submissions to ANS or CONITEC; participate in submission projects and processes.
Spanish is a plus

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
