- Lead the strategy, evolution, and performance of a product portfolio
- Connect customer needs with business priorities and the organization’s technological capabilities
- Ensure the adoption of continuous discovery, user research, market analysis, experimentation, and hypothesis validation
- Guide the team in identifying the most relevant customer and business problems, promoting decisions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence
- Monitor behavioral, technology, competitive, and business model trends, connecting innovation opportunities to strategy and economic viability
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, analysts, and other Product professionals
- Define clear expectations, objectives, and performance standards
- Conduct structured follow-ups, provide feedback, and create development plans
- Represent the portfolio in strategic and executive forums
- Build alignment with Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, and other partner functions

- Communicate strategy, priorities, results, risks, and decisions clearly, resolving conflicts and aligning responsibilities and success criteria
- Translate strategy into executable plans, monitoring dependencies, risks, quality, and outcomes
- Lead the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, channels, segmentation, communications, and launch
- Ensure that security, privacy, compliance, quality, and operational sustainability requirements are considered
- Implement governance mechanisms and promote the continuous improvement of product management and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, Design, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Solid experience in product management, preferably for digital products
- Previous experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams
- Experience with portfolio management, investment prioritization, and strategy development
- Experience with business metrics, P&L, business cases, or financial planning
- Track record of launching, evolving, or transforming significant products
- Experience working cross-functionally with Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Knowledge of product strategy, portfolio management, people leadership, product finance, analytics, product discovery, experimentation, and executive communication is preferred
