Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Leader based in Criciúma, Brazil, to own the product portfolio across Web Domain and multi-platform initiatives, and to manage other Product Managers. You will drive legacy modernization to the cloud, own Opex/Capex and product costs, define the long-term technology strategy, and leverage AI as a cross-functional capability while reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

The role demands business-level English and a track record of delivering multi-product

Qualificações

Proven experience managing other Product Managers, ideally for 4+ years, with a multi-product portfolio.
Experience with technical and platform products, APIs, infrastructure, and multi-platform environments.
Experience modernizing and unifying complex systems, from legacy/desktop environments to cloud/SaaS.
Ownership of, or experience with, product/portfolio P&L, costs, margin, retention, and NPS.
Experience designing and delivering product-focused AI solutions, including copilots, automation, and predictive insights.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
Business-level English.
Experience in ERP, tax/accounting, payroll/HR, or another regulated domain is desirable.
Technical degree and/or an MBA or postgraduate qualification in product management or digital transformation is desirable.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and platform integration is desirable.
Based in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, or available to work from the Criciúma office three times per month (required).
