Jobtailor is seeking a Product Designer to transform problems into delightful user experiences and drive design strategy across squads. You will lead discovery, define success metrics, and create flows, interfaces, and prototypes for engineering teams. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, accessibility, and evolving the design system.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, mentor a Junior Product Designer, and help optimize journeys to improve retention and revenue metrics.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Product Design-related roles.
Ability to independently deliver solutions of medium complexity.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation.
Ability to structure flows, journeys, information architecture, and interfaces.
Knowledge of design systems and best practices for visual consistency.
Strong understanding of business, product, experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and retention metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain problems, decisions, risks, priorities, and results.
Maturity to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, competing interests, and capacity constraints.
Knowledge of accessibility.
Experience with HR and/or Payroll will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility, usability heuristics, and experience metrics will be considered a plus.
Experience with product analytics tools will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of PLG and Growth will be considered a plus.
Experience working across multiple squads and products will be considered a plus.

Provide day-to-day guidance to the Junior Product Designer

Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design best practices
