Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil seeks a motivated student or graduate to support Product Management for internal products and platforms. You will help organize backlogs, track initiatives, document insights, and assist in shaping priorities based on data and stakeholder input.

Collaborating with data scientists and other teams, you will translate findings into actionable problems and priorities, while supporting meetings, workshops, and communications materials.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Communications, Design, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in developing a career in Product Management, especially in internal products, platforms, data, or technology.
• Strong organizational and activity-tracking skills, with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and adapt messages to different audiences.
• Curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to understand problems before proposing solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical professionals.
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, and productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, or equivalent tools).
• Academic, internship, or previous experience with digital products, projects, user research, data analysis, or process improvement (a plus).
• Familiarity with user research or product metrics (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, analytics, data platforms, or MLOps (a plus).
• Experience creating presentations, storytelling, data visualization, or facilitating groups (a plus).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Databricks, or other data analysis and visualization tools (a plus).
• Experience working in complex organizations, cooperatives, or environments with multiple internal stakeholder groups (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Support the Product Manager in organizing and tracking initiatives, action plans, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
• Participate in interviews, discussions, and research with data scientists from CAS, Central Offices, and Cooperatives, documenting and synthesizing needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Organize internal customer feedback and support the transformation of insights into well-defined problems, hypotheses, and potential priorities.
• Support the maintenance of the team's product and service backlog, roadmap, and documentation.
• Track usage, adoption, satisfaction, and outcome metrics, with guidance from the Product Manager and the team's specialists.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, communications materials, use cases, and narratives that translate technical deliverables into tangible benefits.
• Support the preparation and facilitation of meetings, workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and review forums.
• Document decisions, learnings, and agreements, contributing to initiative traceability and continuity.
• Monitor the post-launch performance of solutions, supporting the identification of adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partner teams, developing familiarity with the Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and MLOps context.
