Jobtailor in Porto Alegre is seeking a motivated student or graduate to support product management across internal platforms and data-driven products. You will help organize initiatives, gather user insights, and translate findings into well-defined problems and priorities.

You will collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and assist in presenting narratives that highlight business impact and adoption opportunities.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Communications, Design, Economics, or related field.
• Interest in developing a career in Product Management, particularly in internal products, platforms, data, or technology.
• Strong organizational and activity-tracking skills, with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and tailor messages to different audiences.
• Curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to understand problems before proposing solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical professionals.
• Basic knowledge of agile methods, backlog management, and productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, or equivalents.
• Preferred: experience with digital products, projects, user research, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Preferred: familiarity with user research or product metrics.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of Data Science, AI, analytics, data platforms, or MLOps.
• Preferred: experience creating presentations, storytelling, data visualization, or facilitating groups.
• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Databricks, or other data analytics tools.
• Preferred: experience working in complex organizations, cooperatives, or environments with multiple internal stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Product Manager in organizing and tracking initiatives, action plans, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
• Participate in interviews, discussions, and research with data scientists from CAS, Central Units, and Cooperatives, documenting and synthesizing needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Organize internal customer feedback and support the transformation of insights into well-defined problems, hypotheses, and potential priorities.
• Support the maintenance of the backlog, roadmap, and documentation for the team's products and services.
• Track usage, adoption, satisfaction, and outcome metrics, with guidance from the Product Manager and the team's specialists.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, communication materials, use cases, and narratives that translate technical deliveries into tangible benefits.
• Support the preparation and facilitation of meetings, workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and review forums.
• Document decisions, learnings, and agreements, contributing to the traceability and continuity of initiatives.
• Monitor the post-launch performance of solutions, supporting the identification of adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partner teams, developing familiarity with the context of Data Science, AI, and MLOps.
