Jobtailor seeks an experienced Innovation Project Manager to oversee the funnel from concept to launch, coordinate new product and packaging development, and ensure regulatory compliance for Brazil‑based launches.

You will lead cross‑functional teams with manufacturing, R&D and procurement, build financial feasibility, and track project performance post‑launch, leveraging Stage‑Gate processes and advanced Excel tools.

Qualificações

• Innovation project management (Stage-Gate) experience.
• New product and packaging development.
• Collaboration with manufacturing, R&D, and procurement teams.
• Ability to read and prepare product P&L statements.
• Management of a portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Advanced Excel skills and scheduling tools (MS Project, Monday.com).
• Experience working with research institutes.
• Networking with packaging and design agencies.
• Market research experience using Nielsen, Scanntech, or Kantar.
• Knowledge of product registration and master data setup.
