Jobtailor is seeking a proactive product leader to drive development of digital products and to optimize customer journeys for higher engagement and retention.

You will analyze performance metrics, define pricing strategies, and support campaigns while collaborating with sales and suppliers. A Bachelor's degree and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are required, with intermediate English for meetings.

• Experience with digital products and the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Bachelor's degree completed is required.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new products and define features and value propositions.
• Review customer journeys and implement improvements to engagement and retention.
• Analyze and create action plans to drive post-sale engagement (payments, upgrades, retention).
• Track core product metrics (P&L, sales, origination, delinquency, collections, integration).
• Define pricing, monitor performance, and support promotional initiatives.

• Develop new products
• Review customer journeys and implement improvements
• Define features and value propositions
• Analyze and create action plans to drive post-sale engagement, including payments, upgrades, and retention
• Track sales, origination, delinquency, collections, and integration metrics for core products
• Create FAQs and content for the customer service center
• Define and monitor technical and business performance metrics, including OKRs and KPIs
