A Brazilian outsourcing company is seeking a Global Recruiter fluent in English for a fully remote position. You will work with U.S. clients, manage the recruitment pipeline, and create engagement campaigns. Ideal candidates have over two years of recruitment experience and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a long-term contract with growth opportunities and a competitive salary in reais and bonuses in dollars.

Qualificações

Global Recruiter (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

Overview

Role: Global Recruiter (Fluent English) — 100% remote. 100% remote work for the U.S. market. Long-term contract with real career growth opportunities. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours).

Compensation: R$4,500/month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
  • Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
  • Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
  • Manage full recruitment pipeline: job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
  • Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Nice to Have
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
  • Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile
  • Previous exposure to the U.S. recruiting market
  • 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
  • High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office
