A Snapshot of Your Day

In your role as Finance Program Specialist - Service Execution within Accounting Services, you need to have a background in project / program management, are familiar with software / tool selection, implementation and continuous process improvements techniques, an affinity for accounting / finance operations, speaks process re-design, as well as having a technical and commercial approach.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Project Ownership : Lead and handle high-profile projects for the Head of Accounting Services, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaboration : Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and global teams through respectful and agile communication.
• Decision-Making : Address operational issues, take ownership of decisions, and move forward critically.
• Process Improvement : Support continuous efficiency improvements and chip in creative solutions to enhance operations.
• Global Coordination : Collaborate with Function Leads to optimize accounting tools and processes for day-to-day operations.
• Standardization & Documentation : Lead process standardization, automation initiatives, and maintain up-to-date documentation for accounting processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• Strong experience in project and transformation management
• Consistent track record in successful process improvement projects.
• Solid understanding of process and project management tools and techniques.
• Deep understanding of operational accounting processes.
• Project management qualification, sophisticated MS Office skills, fluent in English, and strong communication.
