Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in finance or accounting operations; healthcare/retail experience a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with month-end close and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales invoices, credit notes, and customer statements accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing:
  • Generate and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and customer account statements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage collections from retail partners, healthcare clinics, and corporate B2B clients.
  • Perform credit checks for new client onboarding and assist in evaluating credit terms/limits.
• Operational Accounting & Daily Transactions:
  • Process day-to-day accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and verify incoming payments against sales orders.
  • Support accounts payable workflows, invoice verification, and staff expense claims as required.
  • Assist in full-set accounting records and maintain up-to-date documentation for audit trails.
• Month-End Closing & Reporting:
  • Assist with month-end financial closing schedules,account reconciliations,and ledger balance verifications.
  • Prepare routine financial schedules, receivables aging reports, and cash collection tracking.
  • Support preparation for internal and external audits, corporate tax submissions, and regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement & Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Liaise with sales,operations,customer service,and warehouse teams to resolve billing discrepancies and inventory/delivery variances.
  • Assist in refining financial workflows and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy,Finance,Business Administration,or equivalent professional qualification (e.g.,ACCA,CPA).
• Experience:1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting operations (experience in retail,medical devices,FMCG,or healthcare is an advantage).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
• Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational discipline.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for handling external debtor queries and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
