Job summary

TEHC International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full set of accounts, monthly closings, and the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.

You will oversee Revenue & WIP management, ensure proper revenue recognition, monitor project budgets, manage WIP, accruals and deferred income, and coordinate with the Contract/QS team on progress claims and collections, all with a strong emphasis on GST compliance and audit

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction / M&E / project-based environment
• Strong knowledge of: Project accounting
• Cost control & WIP
• Revenue recognition
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and monthly closing
• Prepare financial statements, cashflow, and management reports
• Handle revenue recognition and monitor project budgets vs costs
• Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP), accruals, and deferred income
• Ensure proper matching of project revenue and costs
• Track project revenue, costs, margins and profitability
• Work with Contract/QS team on Progress Claims, Subcontractor Claims, Retention and collections
• Monitor company and project cashflow
• Manage working capital and funding requirements
• Liaise with banks on facilities, BG, and financing
• Ensure timely invoicing and DO endorsement
• Monitor collections, outstanding AR, and retention recovery
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST regulations
• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules

• Manage full set of accounts and monthly financial closing

• Monitor project budgets vs actual costs
• Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP), accruals, and deferred income
• Ensure proper matching of project revenue and costs

Cashflow & Treasury

Requirements
