JUEWEI FOOD (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks a finance professional to manage AR/AP, month-end closing, journal entries and bank reconciliations in Singapore. The role supports cash flow, cost analysis, reconciliations across customers, suppliers, inventory and projects, and assists audits, tax filings and compliance.

Ideal candidates have accounting or finance degrees, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP.

Qualificações

• Must have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese for regional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AR/AP accounts, including month-end closing, journal entries, bank reconciliations.
• Handle payments and support cashflow, cost and management analysis.
• Manage customer, supplier, purchasing, inventory and project reconciliations.
• Support statutory audit, tax filings and local compliance matters.
• Provide support for the company's projects.
• Support management reports, financial schedules and ad hoc analysis.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
