Team Overview

This is a senior Finance Business Partner role in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, where you’ll be a key driver of financial performance and partner closely with leadership. You will play a pivotal role in building financial systems, delivering insights, and helping shape the direction of fast-scaling businesses, while also providing guidance to less experienced team members.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step beyond execution into ownership of projects and initiatives, but who also enjoys being hands-on with data, analysis, and collaboration across teams.

Role Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to design and deliver financial strategies that drive performance in new and evolving business divisions.

  • Own detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, and reporting that influence decision-making at multiple levels.

  • Identify opportunities and risks, providing recommendations that balance growth with efficiency.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for specific business units, ensuring alignment with wider company goals.

  • Help design financial processes and systems that improve reporting accuracy and scalability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects involving product, operations, and data, bringing the finance perspective to business-critical initiatives.

  • Support and mentor junior finance colleagues, contributing to the development of a strong finance team.

Role Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.

  • 6–8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in high-growth, multinational, or dynamic business environments.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to build financial models and deliver actionable insights.

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

  • Some leadership exposure (mentoring, leading small projects, or supervising junior staff), with potential to grow into broader leadership.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with both peers and senior stakeholders.

  • Advanced English.
