About the Role

Support licence acquisition for DASP and collaborate with AMLO Brazil on regulatory matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Brazilian Central Bank (BCB) and Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). Pursue business development opportunities through a local network across crypto, payments, fintech, and financial institutions.

Lead the strategy and drive growth for all crypto-payment products in Brazil.

Requirements

• Must reside in Brazil with valid ID.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in crypto payments, payment institutions, fintech, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of Brazil's crypto / payment regulatory environment.

You possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives. You have a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, including its regulatory framework and key players.

You are a skilled communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
