Description:

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Email Marketing Strategist who knows Klaviyo inside out and can turn email and SMS channels into revenue machines. This is for a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with DTC brands to deliver real results—not vanity metrics.

If you love building campaigns and flows that actually convert, get a kick out of testing subject lines and segmentation, and can read performance data like it’s a novel, this role is for you. You’ll own email and SMS strategy for a portfolio of DTC brands, working closely with clients, creatives, and performance teams to make every send count.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Strategy: Develop and execute email & SMS marketing plans that drive retention, engagement, and sales.
  • Build Flows that Work: Design and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, etc.) that deliver measurable results.
  • Segment Like a Pro: Create audience segments based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history for hyper-targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and make data-backed adjustments to improve performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and copywriters to ensure emails not only look amazing but convert.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with best practices in Klaviyo, email deliverability, and retention marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years in email marketing with proven Klaviyo experience (agency or DTC brand experience preferred).
  • Retention-Obsessed: You understand the lifecycle of a customer and how to keep them coming back.
